Privacy policy
Updated September 10, 2026
PaidMedia is operated by Paid Media Institute. This policy explains what information PaidMedia uses when you create an account, connect Google Ads, and request an audit.
Information you provide
We store your sign-in email, selected audit objective, business targets, consent records, and the Google Ads account you choose. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in.
Google Ads data
With your permission, PaidMedia reads account identifiers and settings, campaigns, budgets, bidding targets, conversion actions, conversion values, keywords, search terms, ads, assets, audiences, geographic and device segments, performance metrics, and account change history. PaidMedia uses this information only to select the account, prepare the requested audit, explain findings, maintain security, and provide support.
PaidMedia does not create or change campaigns, bids, budgets, ads, targeting, or conversion settings. We do not sell Google Ads data or use it to target advertising.
Storage and retention
Access tokens are temporary. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and kept separately from audit records. Google Ads query results are processed to prepare the audit. PaidMedia retains account metadata, audit inputs, report summaries, and evidence attached to findings until you delete the audit workspace.
Limited security and access records may be retained when needed to investigate misuse, meet legal obligations, or document a deletion request.
Service providers
Providers supporting hosting, email delivery, secure storage, databases, and automated analysis may process only the information needed to perform those services. OAuth credentials and your sign-in email are not sent for automated analysis.
Your controls
Disconnecting Google Ads revokes future access and removes the stored refresh token. Existing reports remain available. Choosing Delete audit data removes the workspace, goals, discovered account records, reports, and stored Google token. You may also request help at audit@paidmedia.com.
Google API data
PaidMedia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Policy changes
If PaidMedia changes how it uses Google user data, this policy will be updated before the new use begins. When required, users will be asked to accept the updated policy.
